Sex Therapy

I initially trained as a sex therapist, before realizing that the approach to this particular field was rather one-dimensional, and I decided to become a psychologist in order to work more effectively as a sex therapist.

Sex therapy primarily focusses on sexual concerns and disorders, however, often underlying issues may be implicated, or arise from said issues. The aim of sex therapy is to explore why these issues have arisen, how to resolve them, and how to maintain healthy sexual relationships, and how to enhance sexual satisfaction.

Common issues dealt with are:

  • Anorgasmia
  • Arousal Disorder
  • Delayed Ejaculation
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Low Desire

  • Pain during sex or with penetration (Vaginismus)
  • Porn Addiction
  • Premature Ejaculation
  • Sex Addiction
  • Sexual difficulties after trauma
