About

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Clinical Psychotherapist, and psychosexual therapist, based in Limassol, Cyprus. I am accredited by the British Psychological Society and the UK Council for Psychotherapists. I completed a Masters in Sexual Health in Sydney, Australia, before moving to work and complete a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Clinical Psychotherapy, in London.

Presently I work in academia as well as in private settings. I’ve worked in hospitals, addiction centres, the National Health Service in the UK, courts, prisons, and social services, with children, adolescents and adults.

I became a psychologist because it appealed to many parts of me. I was always interested in people’s life stories as a child, and as an adult, I began to recognize the importance of how we relate on our mental health.

My therapeutic stance is influenced by evidence-based integrative techniques, in particular, neuro-psychological principles and Attachment theory.

Services

Therapy is like a lighthouse, it’s a reference point to help you navigate your way, and can help you clarify things you may have trouble resolving, whether it is a past experience, or an ongoing issue.

Sex therapy primarily focusses on sexual concerns and disorders, however, often underlying issues may be implicated, or arise from said issues.

Supervision is a space to reflect on evidence-based practice, to critically analyse theoretical concepts that could offer explanations for your client’s presentation.
